Handlingen skal handle om den kjente skattejegeren Marco Polo.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is an upcoming video game exclusively for the PlayStation 3, developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment as the sequel to the highly successful Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. This entry follows the adventures of protagonist Nathan Drake as he uncovers the mysteries behind 13th-century explorer, Marco Polo, and the ships that he "lost" while returning home to Italy.[1][2] Following him on his quest will be new character, Chloe Frazer, voiced by Claudia Black of Stargate SG-1 and Farscape.[2]

The title will feature new gameplay mechanics, such as stealth action segments, and changing the climbing mechanic to allow free movement over walls.[1] The game is also stated to have no loading screens.[2]

First revealed by Game Informer in December 2008, the first teaser trailer shows a weary, wounded Drake marching through a snow storm to reach a Phurba half-buried in the snow.[1] Lead character artist, Richard Diamant, remarked that the trailer was rendered in real-time, using the game's engine.[3] A second teaser trailer was released soon after showing a badly wounded Drake stuck in the remains of a wrecked train hanging precariously over a cliff.
